How to Close Alpari Profile?
We understand that sometimes things change, and you might want to close your Alpari Profile. No worries – we’ll guide you through the steps to make it a smooth process. Please note, that once your account is closed, it can not be restored, and any previous e-mail or phone number used won’t be available for new registrations. You’ll need to use a new e-mail and phone number if you ever decide to come back.
Before You Start
There are a few things to keep in mind before you close your account:
- Close All Open Trades
Before you can close your account, make sure to close all open trades on your trading accounts and withdraw any remaining funds. Without completing this step, the "Terminate Account" button will not be active for you.
- Account Deactivation is Permanent
Once your account is closed, it can't be reactivated. If you decide to return to Alpari in the future, you can always create a new account and complete the verification process again.
Steps to Close Your Alpari Profile
- Login to your Alpari Profile
- Go to Profile > General Settings
- Click "Terminate Alpari account"
- You will need to confirm the action.
- Once it is done, you will be logged out from your account
