How to Close Alpari Profile?

Trading is risky. Your capital is at risk.

We understand that circumstances may change and you may decide to close your account. You can delete your Alpari account yourself after withdrawing all funds and closing all open positions.

Please note, that once your account is closed, it can not be restored, and any previous e-mail or phone number used won’t be available for new registrations. You’ll need to use a new e-mail and phone number if you ever decide to come back.

Before You Start

Before closing your account, please note the following:

Close all open trades
Before deactivating your account, make sure that all open positions are closed and any remaining funds are withdrawn.
If this condition is not met, the ‘Close Account’ button will be unavailable.
Account deactivation is irreversible. Once you close your account, you will not be able to restore it.
If you decide to return in the future, you will need to create a new account and go through the verification process again.

Steps to Close Your Alpari Profile

How to close your Alpari profile:

Log in to your Alpari profile.
Go to Profile → General settings.
Click ‘Close Alpari account’.
Confirm the action.
Once completed, you will be automatically logged out of your account.
