Maintaining the correct and up-to-date information on your Profile information, ensures seamless communication, accurate billing, and enhanced security. This article will guide you through the process of updating your personal information on your account.
To update your personal account details,
1. Create a request through the "Contact Us" form by selecting the "Customer Service Request" as the request type.
2. Enter "Request to Change Personal Account Details" in the subject line.
3. Clearly state the changes you want to make in the Description field.
4. Upload the supporting documents.
5. Submit your request.
To change your registered email address, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Alpari account and go to the Profile tab.
2. Click Personal Details, then click on the email box.
3. Enter your new email address, and click Next.
4. You will receive an OTP to confirm the new email address.
Note: If the email address is already registered under another profile, you will receive an error message.
After we receive your request and supporting documents, our team will verify the Information: we will review the provided documents to ensure the information is accurate and complete.
Once verification is complete, we will update your account details accordingly and send you a confirmation via email. All processes should be done within 1 business day after request submission.
